Renita Harris has always had a passion for fitness; it is a lifelong passion for her. Renita has over twenty five years of experience in training clients. Renita has a long list of achievements to her name. They include third place in the Bodybuilding and Fitness competitions World Championships, first place winner in the Ms Illinois, Ms USA, Ms America, Team Universe (Overall Winner), Ms Fitness America, Fitness Extravaganza, Jan Tana Pro Show. She is certified in many sports including kick boxing cardio, pole dancing and group fitness and strength training. She is also a certified dietitian and is a weight management specialist. Renita has been working out in 1982 and then started working in the fitness industry and has been teaching for seventeen years. Renita is a very successful woman who has made a big splash in the fitness industry after doing very well in several competitions for body building. There are many strong competitors in the women’s body building comps which has made it difficult for Renita however she has always managed to stay on top with good nutrition and good training techniques. One thing can be said for the female body builder which is that they work so hard to get the muscle on their bodies because this takes a lot more effort than the men have to do.

A typical workout day for any body builder might start out with a bicep workout in the morning for 20 to 40 minutes and then a back workout in the afternoon for up to one and a half hours. This is to make sure that all the muscle groups have been worked out sufficiently and also so that there is enough time for the muscles to recover after the workout. If the person training only trains each muscle group every 72 hour or more then this gives plenty of recovery time for the muscles to grow o their potential before you train them again. Training the muscle groups too often will leave you with tired and sore muscles plus the chance of atrophy which is muscle wastage.

Retina would also be having some very difficult choices when it comes to nutrition however as some athletes say when you have no choices the choice is easy. Living of the bar minimum just before a competition, show or event so that her stomach is completely fat free and then refilling with up to 8 liters of water straight after the show. Although some of the practices for body building are not technically very good for you they are an essential part of the practice if you want to win. Retina Harris is not the sort of girl that gives in without a fight so she would no doubt be pulling of all the tricks to give her the best chance of winning.
